If your plant arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll replace it free of charge or issue a refund.

Incorrect Order

Received the wrong plant? Let us know within 48 hours, and we’ll send the correct one at no extra cost.

Change of Mind

Changed your mind? Return unopened plants within 7 days for a refund, excluding shipping costs.

Non-Delivery

If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated time, contact us to track or replace it free of charge.
